Justin Bench is the founder of Justin Bench Photography, a media production company specializing in video and photography for conscious businesses.

Originally from Prunedale, California, Justin began producing and editing videos back in 1996 with VHS camcorders and VCR to VCR editing “technology.” Since then, he has become obsessed with photography, cinematography and storytelling.

Justin Bench produces promotional photos, highlight reels, online instructional courses & training materials.

Justin is also a social justice activist for vulnerable communities and environmental sustainability. After obtaining a Master of Arts in Public Administration in 2007 from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, his career has centered around best practices for information sharing, knowledge management and communications between practitioners and nonprofits. Living and working in Ecuador with organizations such as the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), has also inspired him to utilize video production towards social justice and environmental sustainability on a global scale. He has lived and traveled around the world, living in such places as Ecuador, Brazil, France, Costa Rica, and Thailand.

Justin speaks fluent English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and some American Sign Language. In his free time, you can find Justin teaching AcroYoga at the Athletic Playground in Emeryville, CA, as well as filming and photographing worldwide.
